Ceramic Fiber Composite Material Products

Biosoluble refractory fiber : A small amount of inorganic and organic adhesives are mixed into the fiber to form a hard board-shaped high-temperature resistant product.

Ceramic fiber products: Ceramic fiber is a fibrous lightweight refractory material with alumina (AL2O3) and silicon dioxide (SIO2) as main raw materials. It has the characteristics of light weight, high temperature resistance, good thermal stability and low thermal conductivity.

Ceramic fiber special-shaped parts: Ceramic fiber and a small amount of adhesive are added to water and stirred, and processed into refractory products of different shapes by vacuum forming. Special-shaped parts of different shapes can be processed according to customer requirements . Classification temperature (℃): 1260, 1300, 1350, 1430

Alumina staple fiber products: high-performance refractory fibers with 72% alumina AL2O3 (72-75%) and SIO2 (25-28%) as main components, with a classification temperature of 1600°C and excellent flexibility and refractory insulation properties.

Alkali-free glass fiber:It is an inorganic fiber with excellent performance. It has the advantages of non-flammability, corrosion resistance, good heat insulation, sound insulation, high tensile strength and good electrical insulation.

ECR glass fiber (E-GLASS OF CHEMICAL RESISTANCE):It has the characteristics of excellent corrosion resistance, aging resistance, high temperature resistance and high strength.

High silica fiber products: It is a kind of high-purity silicon oxide amorphous continuous fiber, whose main component is SIO2, with a softening point close to 1700℃, and can be used for a long time in a high temperature environment below 800℃. It has good high temperature resistance and chemical stability.
